Dave Kovic bears a striking resemblance to the newly elected U.S. President Mitch. One day, while Mitch is having an affair with his secretary, he suddenly suffers a stroke and falls into a coma. White House Chief of Staff Bob recruits Dave to impersonate the president in order to seize power.
