Railway worker Tsanko (played by Stefan Denolyubov) unexpectedly discovers scattered cash during his shift. Honest and naive, he decides to report it to the police without thinking too much. Amidst a series of scandals, chief public relations officer Julia (played by Margita Gosheva) decides to hype his act of integrity in an attempt to reshape the government’s image. However, the shrewd and capable Julia accidentally loses Tsanko's beloved old watch during the awards ceremony and later continues to dodge responsibility, intending to discourage him. After returning the large sum of money but losing his father's only heirloom, Tsanko decides to spare no effort to confront the state and reclaim his only treasure and dignity.
