Once, the great magician Maskare (portrayed by Hrithik Roshan) amazed the world again and again with his superb skills and spectacular performances. Unfortunately, a mistake during one of his performances led him to face the tragic fate of lifelong paralysis. Under the careful care of nurse Sophia (played by Aishwarya Rai Bachchan), Maskare's "paralyzed life" was bearable, and even while lying in bed, he continued to strive to contribute to the magic industry with his wisdom and words.
