The story is set in the late-night Kowloon Bay, a popular gathering spot for street racers. The protagonist, Zhao Zhichong (played by Zhang Zhi Lin), is a racer who cherishes his car dearly. During a race against his arch-enemy Lion King, he decides to wager Carmen (played by Li Lizhen), but a technical malfunction leads to casualties. After the race, Lion King leaves, while Zhao Zhichong stays at the scene to assist the injured. This incident leaves a deep impression on Carmen. Mike (played by Wei Junjie) is an inspector of the anti-street racing unit, determined to crack down on illegal racing activities and demands Lion King to become an informant to help take down Zhao Zhichong and others. Lion King proposes a "battle of the century," which is actually a trap set by Mike. This race results in more casualties in the crowd, leading to the death of Zhao Zhichong's friend, Doctor. This tragedy forces Zhao Zhichong to take matters into his own hands against Lion King. The story weaves intense racing competitions, vendettas between the characters, and the protagonist's determination to fight for justice and revenge.
