After the death of his second wife, Old Ge (Xu Huanshan) finds himself in an awkward situation living with the non-biological children, and his relationship with his son (Han Tongsheng) remains tense. In desperation, Old Ge ends up at Guanshan Nursing Home, looking for his old friend Lao Zhou (Wu Tianming) from his previous workplace.
