Female photographer Sarah (played by Alysson Paradis) and her husband Massio (played by Jean-Baptiste Tabourin) are about to welcome a new member into their happy little family, but a severe car accident shatters their beautiful dreams. Massio dies in the accident, while Sarah and her unborn baby miraculously survive. On Christmas Eve, lonely Sarah stays at home, waiting for the morning when she will give birth. Suddenly, there’s a knock at the door; a woman in black (played by Béatrice Dalle) requests to use the phone. Sarah instinctively refuses her, but the woman in black attempts to force her way in by any means. Her only goal is to seize Sarah's unborn child. Those who stand in her way face a dead end...
