The Queen Mother of the Flower Field falls ill thinking about her daughter, and King Cang Hai (played by Louis Koo) urgently calls back Princess Yi Zhu (played by Angela Yeung) to bring joy. Princess Yi Zhu has studied in the Central Plains for many years and has secretly promised to marry General Mai Bing Rong (played by Ronald Cheng). On the way back to the country with the general escorting her, they rescue a drowning woman, Huang Ying (played by Lin Xiang), from the sea.
