Andy (Briana Evigan), a street dancer who lost her parents, has been passionately practicing street dance since childhood. The well-known Baltimore street dance crew 410, which she is part of, recently completed the video submission for the "Footloose Challenge," but her guardian threatens to send her away due to the inappropriate content of the video. Fortunately, with the help of friends, Andy chooses to attend the Maryland School of Arts to secure her current life.
