Yue Xihong (Ren Shiguan) has thirteen loyal adopted sons, known in the martial world as the "Cold-Blooded Thirteen Eagles." These thirteen highly skilled fighters are Yue Xihong's right-hand men, dedicated to helping him eliminate rivals in the world of martial arts. One day, Yue Xihong orders the Thirteen Eagles to assassinate the leader of the Starry Sky Sect, Old Demon (Zhong Fa), and reclaim the "Seven Star Blood-Letting Manual" he possesses. During the fierce battle, the silver eagle Qi Yingming (Liu Ziwei) is unfortunately injured and falls off a cliff.
Fortunately, the dying Qi Yingming encounters the Sunflower Saint (Yang Lijing), who happens to pass by. Under her careful care, Qi Yingming gradually regains his health, but he conceals his true identity from the Sunflower Saint. After returning to his adoptive father’s side, the Thirteen Eagles receive another assassination mission targeting Ao Tianxing.
