In the American gambling scene, the Supreme Lei Li (played by Alan Tam) accepts the challenge from Taiwan's gambling king Cai Shanhe (played by Chan Hung), as the two gambling legends prepare for a showdown in Macau. On the way to the meeting, Lei Li first visits his cousin in Hong Kong whom he hasn't seen in years, only to encounter the petty swindler Leslie (played by Chan Bak Cheung) and his accomplice (played by Andy Lau). The two conspire to steal Lei Li's money, leading him into a trap. Upon discovering Lei Li's true identity, they audaciously impersonate the Supreme to head to Macau. Meanwhile, Cai's subordinates plot behind the scenes, secretly recruiting people with the intention of eliminating both their boss and Lei Li. Unbeknownst to them, Leslie and the accomplice find themselves in a series of humorous mishaps. Soon after, Lei Li follows them closely. He turns the tables, commanding Leslie and his accomplice to continue their act and take advantage of the situation. The showdown hasn't even begun, yet the tension is already palpable...
