Middle-aged son Tian Lixing (played by Louis Koo) faces numerous crises in life: his mother has passed away, his job is unsatisfactory, and his wife is seeking a divorce. In the midst of this unbearable predicament, Tian Lixing's 79-year-old father Tian Yixiong (played by Anthony Wong), who suffers from dementia, suddenly experiences a rebirth, shedding his skin repeatedly and becoming younger—60 years old, 52 years old, 37 years old, 28 years old, and 19 years old.
