In the 1990s, in the Hillbrow area of Johannesburg, South Africa. Rachie Kunene (played by Rapulana Seiphemo), a broke street thug from South Africa. Growing up in a slum, Rachie witnessed the suffering of the South African people and vowed to escape his dire circumstances and change everything.
