High school student Taiyo (played by Haruma Miura) goes to the seaside to spend a long summer vacation with his friends Taguchi and Kobayashi. They originally planned to stay at Taguchi's seaside villa but lost the keys as soon as they arrived. Now, the three boys find themselves homeless. While they lay bored on the beach, a man named Dukegawa (played by Naoto Takenaka) approaches them. Dukegawa runs a surf shop and kindly takes in the three boys who have nowhere to go. In return, the boys help him clean and manage the shop. One day, in the store, Taiyo encounters a beautiful girl named Julia (played by Rosa Kato), who, like Taiyo, loves surfing. Their similar age and shared interests quickly bring the two young people together.
