This original story is set one year after the ending of the previous installment. Therefore, Ayako's husband, Miyamoto Ryoichi, played by Takeuchi Yutaka, who passed away due to illness in the last work, will appear again. One year after Ayako's re-employment, it is now autumn 2019. Ayako is in Osaka, while Miyuki is in Tokyo, living apart. Ayako remains sharp and outstanding in a large consulting company, showing no signs of the ten-year gap. Meanwhile, Miyuki, now a college student, continues to be lovable and independent. To her surprise, Ayako encounters Miyuki's boss, the owner of Bakery M田, (Sato Takeru), who has just come out of the bathroom wrapped only in a towel. Even more shocking, M田 is holding a baby. Just then, Miyuki returns home. Could this baby be Miyuki and M田's child!? Completely bewildered, Ayako shouts, "What on earth is going on!?"
