For girl Rachel (played by Raven Symone), starting college life means opening the door to a new world, behind which lies a life of freedom and the true mark of independence. Before entering college, Rachel decides to take a "college tour," wanting to witness the distinct lives at different universities through her own eyes before deciding which one to attend. 　　Unfortunately, Rachel's father, James (played by Martin Lawrence), clearly thinks of his daughter as a little girl who still needs his care and attention.
