John Harmon was formerly an agent with the CIA/Drug Enforcement Administration. One day, DEA agent Beck approached John to inform him that Abdullah, a terrorist from Al-Qaeda, was caught trying to cross the border into Mexico. Investigations revealed that an Islamic terrorist group intended to use the smuggling route of Mexican drug lord Jose Rivera to transport terrorist weapons and personnel into the United States. Therefore, Beck requested John to come out of retirement and organize a team to prevent the alliance between the two from causing destruction. John agreed to return but insisted on hiring his own people and equipment. Jose Rivera, the leader of the Mexican drug cartel, has recently been expanding his drug business in Istanbul by eliminating local drug lords and dominating the drug sales market.
