Movie action director Sam (played by Andy Hui) encounters street dance youth Durian (played by Wong Ka Lun) and others one night at a cultural square, which ignites his long-dormant passion for street dance, leading him to form friendships through dance with these young people. Sam visits his old problem youth school and meets his mentor, where he discovers several students, such as A-Zheng (played by Zhang Yingkang), who love street dance but have no place to showcase it. The school, aiming to guide students' interests, invites Sam's brother Jack (played by Hung Chi Kit) to teach A-Zheng to dance on campus. Durian's team and A-Zheng's team battle it out, leading to an unexpected reunion between Sam and Jack; it turns out Sam had once caused his inexperienced brother to suffer a leg injury while performing a stunt. The estranged brothers reconcile and plan to collaborate on opening a dance practice space. Soon, the school dismisses Jack due to complaints, but with the help of old classmates, Sam secures a venue, and the dance practice space officially opens. Sam and Jack's dreams of dance continue through these young people... This film is based on a true story.
