Paine (voiced by Freddie Prinze Jr.) is a seemingly unremarkable little fish, but in fact, he comes from the highest naval forces in Boston. In an accident, Paine tragically lost his parents, and feeling sad, he decides to leave his sorrowful place and venture to the Caribbean coast alone. On his journey, Paine meets the supermodel Cordelia (voiced by Evan Rachel Wood), and the two little fish quickly hit it off and get together. However, the local notorious thug Shark (voiced by Brice Beckham) has been keen on getting Cordelia, even though she is already taken. Shark continues to harass her.
