The film mainly tells the story of a flight attendant who, unable to endure long-term domestic violence, cruelly kills her husband on a stormy night and secretly wishes for death. Ultimately, with the help of a legal aid lawyer, she regains her confidence in life. In a dimly lit and messy room, Ouyang Zhihong, dressed in tattered clothes, with a swollen, bloodied corner of her mouth, disheveled hair, and a desperate look in her eyes, drags a golf club barefoot towards the living room sofa.
