Surrounded by the vast ocean, the youth Kaidou (played by Nijirou Murakami) and the girl Anko (played by Junko Yoshinaga) experience their own moments of life's fluctuations on Amami Oshima Island. On a full moon night, Kaidou witnesses a tattooed man floating in the sea at the moment before his death, profoundly affecting him.
