14-year-old Jason (played by Frankie Muniz) is handsome, smart, and exceptionally talented, showcasing his remarkable screenwriting skills at a young age. By chance, he discovers that his homework has been secretly stolen by Hollywood producer Marty (played by Paul Giamatti) and turned into the movie "Big Fat Liar." Moreover, this film has achieved tremendous success due to its excellent script. Seeing his hard work taken from him, Jason decides to take action. He teams up with his best friend Kelly (played by Amanda Bynes), and the two head to Hollywood.
