A sexual harassment case sparks political turmoil in the office, and an investigation reveals the open and covert struggles between two senior executives. Money, fame, and lust lead to two additional murder cases. One day, company employee Amy (played by Qi Zhiyao) injures a senior executive, Zhuo (played by Tao Dayu), with a fruit knife. Zhuo thinks the company will call the police, but unexpectedly finds himself counter-accused of rape. To avoid the situation escalating and jeopardizing a merger with another company, the company decides to handle the matter discreetly. They assign legal advisor Joe (played by Fang Zhongxin) to investigate, and he successfully clears Zhuo's name. However, little does Joe know that beneath the seemingly calm surface, he has already unwittingly fallen into a much bigger trap.
