This film is a Hong Kong action thriller directed by Cheng Xiaodong in 2002. It grossed over $70,000 in its first week of release in Hong Kong. Madame M's organization specializes in abducting beautiful girls aged twelve and thirteen from around the world, confining them on a deserted island for hellish training, studying various combat skills and assassination techniques, training them to become both outstanding and sexy agents. After six years of life-and-death selection, only three exceptional killers remain: Charlene (played by Maggie Q), Katt (played by Anya), and Jing. CIA task force leader Jack (played by Daniel Wu) is dedicated to dismantling Madame M's killing group. During a dragon boat race in Hong Kong, he encounters Charlene, and after an initial confrontation, they gradually develop feelings for each other as they get to know one another better.
