After jointly defeating Ma Jiao Wen, King (played by Andy Lau) and the Bone-Transformation Dragon (played by Nicholas Tse) teamed up with Bone-Transformation Dragon's cousin Ah Lek (played by Chan Bo Wah) to scam the villain Big Eye Wen out of a sum of money. Just as they were about to enjoy their spoils, Big Eye Wen kidnapped the Bone-Transformation Dragon. King and Ah Lek were then taken by the police to meet with high-ranking officials, where they were assigned to go to Las Vegas to capture the major gambler Peter Zhu (played by Anthony Wong). In order to obtain a large sum of money to rescue the Bone-Transformation Dragon, King accepted the mission and headed to Las Vegas. In Las Vegas, Xiao Xin (played by Yufang) and A Bian (played by Lin Xi Lei) are determined to find wealthy husbands and eventually join King's gambling team. They finally encounter Peter, and deception ensues as they face each other multiple times, leading to growing hostility. King successfully lures Peter using A Bian as bait, and they travel via desert roads to Los Angeles, where Peter desperately tries to escape. The group engages in a fierce battle in the desert. Peter’s henchmen even attempt to rescue him with a helicopter, but fortunately, King’s clever tactics result in successfully bringing Peter back to Hong Kong.
