Recently graduated Andrea Sachs (played by Anne Hathaway) arrives at the famous fashion magazine "RUNWAY" for an interview. Using her intelligence, she gains the approval of editor Miranda Priestly (Meryl Streep), allowing her to become her second assistant. At first, Andrea feels very wronged; no matter how hard she works, she receives no appreciation. With guidance from a senior colleague, she transforms herself. As her work improves, she even replaces the first assistant in Miranda's eyes, leading Miranda to decide to take this smart girl to France. However, Andrea's transformation leads to the loss of her boyfriend and friends' love, creating a deep inner conflict. After arriving in France, she learns that Miranda's position is at risk, but unexpectedly, Miranda sacrifices her long-time partner to preserve her own power. This leaves Andrea disappointed and contemplating her departure. Where will Andrea go from here?
