Grio (Jordi Sánchez) is a successful banker and a die-hard fan of Real Madrid. He has just lost his wife, who in her last wishes expressed that Grio should take the whole family back to her hometown to scatter her ashes in the sea. Along for the journey are his two sons-in-law, one a super fan of Barcelona and the other an extremely unreliable hippie, both of whom clearly do not impress Grio. Additionally, Grio encounters his younger son whom he hasn't contacted in two years; he struggles to accept his son's sexual orientation and the fact that he is engaged to a Senegalese black man.
