The story continues directly from the previous installment. The CIA discovers that one of its agents has defected, taking with him an important blueprint related to national secrets. This agent has fled to London and is preparing to hand over the blueprint to an ambitious evil force. In this critical situation, the CIA once again reaches out to Cody (played by Frankie Muniz), asking him to retrieve the blueprint before the situation deteriorates beyond repair. So, Cody arrives in London, enrolling in a music academy to conceal his true identity. Meanwhile, he must continually improve his violin skills to cope with the school's demanding tests. Clever Cody carefully avoids revealing his true intentions while stealthily tracking the whereabouts of the blueprint, unaware that he has been drawn into a complex and dangerous conspiracy.
