Is church life calm and peaceful? The bold little nuns not only form cliques, eavesdrop, and curse like sailors, but they go to great lengths to alleviate their boredom. The timid priest can only turn a blind eye and pray that it doesn't lead to a major scandal. One day, a handsome young man, on the run after an affair with a princess is exposed, comes to the church seeking refuge. To prevent the nuns from causing a ruckus, the priest falsely claims he is a new mute and deaf handyman. However, faced with fresh meat falling from the sky, the ever-assertive nuns are not about to let him go easily. The genius director of "Zombies Aren't That Good-Looking" is back with sharp, new tricks, featuring the charming Dave Franco, who rose to fame in the "Now You See Me" series, alongside numerous female stars, creating chaos together. The film vividly depicts that no matter how strict the church rules are, they cannot stifle humanity's yearning for freedom; the more one is confined, the crazier they become. The film appears to parody medieval politics and religion, yet it draws contemporary analogies throughout. With its powerful satirical firepower, it seems to provide a modern reinterpretation of Pasolini's "The Decameron."
