The complacent white-collar youth Xue Kezheng (played by Huang Zongze) finds himself framed and loses his job, while his long-time girlfriend Yina (played by Deng Lixin) breaks up with him, suddenly turning him into a double-loss youth overnight. In an introduction by childhood friend Zhai (played by Hong Tianming) and his recently released brother Keyong (played by Chen Weiting), he accidentally enters a financial company to become a gold broker.
