The "Evil Doctor" (played by Mike Myers), who had already been captured by Agent Austin (played by Mike Myers), successfully escapes from prison. This time, the Evil Doctor has plotted a bigger conspiracy; he uses a time machine to go back to 1975, attempting to kidnap Austin's father and thereby destroy everything about the Austin family.
