This film is a sequel to "Cats & Dogs" from 2001. The story takes place several years after the last battle between cats and dogs. The hard-won peace is once again under threat. This time, the enemy is not the foolish opponents from the previous film; it is a top agent from the original cat spy organization "MEOWS," named Kitty Galore.
