The film tells the story of sniper Jin Tai, who silently leaves the intelligence organization and lives in despair after accidentally killing his mentor Jin Ming during a mission. His confidence is restored after meeting rebellious boy Xiao Feng and his mother Li Shanji. However, fate intervenes as Xiao Feng is targeted by an illegal gang due to his rare blood type.
