Recently, Valens (Bill Murray) is in a good mood as he is about to head to London to celebrate his birthday with his brother, James (Peter Gallagher). However, for James, this is not good news; as a successful banker, his busy work schedule leaves him little time to deal with his silly brother. To pass the time with Valens, James gives him a ticket to a stage play, unwittingly pulling Valens into a conspiracy. Gangsters and hitmen, characters that are usually far removed from Valens' life, start appearing around him one after another, while the simple and kind-hearted Valens treats all this excitement as if it's a hyper-realistic movie, enjoying it thoroughly. Unexpectedly, it is Valens' innocence that turns out to be the force that can withstand the hitmen's strong assaults, as the battle between good and evil unfolds amidst abundant humor.
