A winning lottery ticket disrupts the mundane married life of Ge Dawei (Guo Tao) and Chen Xiaoling (Hu Jing), who work at the marriage registry office. Encouraged by her younger sister-in-law, they gather a few friends to open a love repair station aimed at helping couples in marital crisis resolve their issues. Through the collective efforts of Ge Dawei and his colleagues, they manage to save one marriage after another, during which many amusing stories unfold. However, due to mismanagement of their assets, their income does not grow in proportion to their business success. Some deals not only failed to bring in profits but also wiped out all of their savings. At this point, the long-standing conflicts between Ge Dawei and Chen Xiaoling escalate, leading Chen Xiaoling to ultimately choose to leave home.
