The first half of this film introduces the research achievements and life of the famous psychologist Wilhelm Reich, including interviews and footage of related figures. Reich was dedicated to combining psychoanalysis with communism, claiming that the orgone energy from life itself was key to curing humanity's ailments, and invented the seemingly absurd orgone accumulator. Reich's activities were soon prohibited by the U.S. government, and he unfortunately died in prison. In Yugoslavia in 1971, a worker fervently opposes the country's newly emerged red bourgeoisie. Milena (played by Milena Dravic), who believes that sexual freedom is essential for achieving communism, preaches the greatness of sexuality to neighbors outside a room where her roommate and a man indulge in pleasure. Meanwhile, a man in tattered clothes, wearing a steel helmet and holding a gun replica, wanders the streets of America, accompanied by a soaring battle melody. Milena meets a Soviet people's artist, and their differences ultimately lead to a bizarre and tragic conclusion.
