After her mother’s death, a girl from a place regarded by many foreign immigrants as a gold rush paradise, "Yuan Du", is sent to the prostitute Guli Guo (Zhuona). After temporarily taking the girl in, Guli Guo names her Feng Die (Ito Ayumi) based on the butterfly tattoo on her chest. Soon, under Guli Guo's guidance, Feng Die meets various "Yuan Thieves" from different countries, such as Huo Feihong and Lang Lang, at a junkyard and auto repair shop called "Qing Kong", and she gradually becomes friends with them. A tape containing the American song "My Way" and hidden data for counterfeiting money leads everyone to overnight wealth, but after striking it rich, they begin to take different paths. Guli Guo, who has outstanding singing talent, is signed by a record company and forced to cut ties with everyone. Meanwhile, the tape's owner, mob boss Liu Liang Kui (Eguchi Yosuke), learns of the tape's whereabouts and starts sending henchmen to hunt down Huo Feihong, Guli Guo, and others, intertwining their fates.
