In a county town in Northeast China, a down-and-out photographer with a dream of directing, Li Zhilong, and his assistant Baozi visit the bathhouse "Yalong Bay" to complete a special private photo shoot. Not only do they lose their camera, but they also accidentally take the tiger skin belonging to the bathhouse owner, Jin Si. Unexpectedly, a pair of lovebird thieves, Lai Ge and Pang Ni, steal their camera, which inadvertently captures a video of the bathhouse manager, A Tao, cheating with Jin Si's woman, Julie.
