Seven-year-old Nora (Maya Vanderbeque) is filled with fear of the unknown as she experiences her first day of school. Meanwhile, her brother Abel (Günter Duret), although appearing confident at school, also struggles with his own worries. As the older brother, he needs to take care of his sister while facing his own challenges. When the school bell rings, Nora feels an unprecedented sense of anxiety. She must learn to communicate with strangers in an unfamiliar environment, bravely introduce herself to her classmates, and overcome new challenges such as swimming and walking on a balance beam, which leaves her feeling overwhelmed. After class, Nora accidentally discovers a little secret of her brother Abel. She wants to tell their dad but is strongly urged by her brother to keep it a secret. This unexpected discovery confuses Nora, and she starts to think about how to handle the situation while also worrying about why her brother is keeping secrets from her. School life in this small society is full of challenges and tests for the siblings. They need to face the pressure of learning in class while also managing relationships with their peers. During this process, will Nora find her sense of belonging in the school?
