Beach Boy (played by Tony Leung) and Auntie Zhou (played by Eric Tsang) are a pair of good partners in the police station. They not only work well together but are also very good brothers off the clock. Beach Boy has a fiery personality, while Auntie Zhou is more worldly and wise; their personalities complement each other perfectly. During an investigation, Beach Boy encounters a young girl named Ah Yu (played by Fennie Yuen) and falls madly in love with her. Their new supervisor, Li Nan, appears to be an honest cop on the surface but is secretly involved in gang-related businesses, ruthless in his dealings.
