This film is directed by Huang Tai-lai and photographed by Huang Yue-tai. The story describes how five individuals—Luo Mang, Yin Xianglin, Qiang Han, Tang Zhenzong, and Zuo Yanling—smuggle into Hong Kong. During the journey, Tang accidentally steps into a trap and is unable to move. Luo and the others attempt to rescue him but, seeing the approaching troops, are forced to abandon Tang. After the four arrive in Hong Kong, the three men fall into the life of gangsters. During a private robbery, they get captured and imprisoned. During this time, Luo is given an extended sentence for causing trouble, while Yin and Qiang are mysteriously murdered after their release. Inspector Bai Biao suspects this is the work of the enemies of the three, so he releases Luo early in an attempt to lure out the murderer. After Luo is released, he faces multiple assassination attempts, suspected to be orchestrated by Zuo, as Zuo was the one providing assistance on the day of the robbery, yet Zuo has not taken a single penny from the stolen goods...
