Three young American friends travel to Georgia, a border country in Eurasia. Unexpectedly, while passing through a remote area, one of them accidentally steps on a landmine left over from past wars. As they worry about their dangerous situation, an illicit affair between the two men and one woman is revealed. Just as the three debate whether to forgive each other, betray one another, or seek local help, a Georgian resident who was out hunting shows up.
