Action star Billy (played by Bruce Lee & Donnie Yen) has recently been frequently harassed. It turns out that the evil group leader, Dr. Rand, intends to control the international fighting competition held in Macau, hoping that Billy will join them. However, Billy’s refusal infuriates them. While out with his singer girlfriend Ann, they are ambushed and beaten by Rand's gang, prompting Billy to decide to fight back, but he endures it for the sake of his girlfriend's safety.
