Richard Armitage, Paz Vega ([Lucia's Lover]), and John Leguizamo ([Murder on the Orient Express]) will star in the crime drama film [The Man From Rome] (tentative translation). The cast also includes Geraldine Chaplin ([The Orphanage]), Paul Gilfoyle ([CSI]), and Marlon Moreno. Sergio Dow will write and direct the film. It is based on the novel of the same name by Arturo Pérez-Reverte, and the story follows Father Lorenzo Quart, a Vatican intelligence officer (played by Armitage), who is sent to Seville, Spain, to investigate a series of mysterious murders in a collapsed church. Filming is scheduled to begin in Spain next February.
