After successfully defeating the White-Handed Sock (played by Xu Guanjie), King Kong now faces the wrath of the Black-Handed Sock, who is sent by the Mafia to continue diamond trading and seek revenge. King Kong manages to achieve a narrow victory in the battle against the Black-Handed Sock's advanced robots, but soon falls into a scam orchestrated by the sibling crime duo, Niu Niu and You You, and becomes a suspect in a bank robbery. While on the run, King Kong disrupts the wedding of his partner, Detective Bald (played by Mai Jia) and He Dongshi (played by Zhang Aijia).
