Professional assassin Gao Shou (played by Andy Lau) is highly skilled and greatly appreciated by his boss ICE (played by Julia Wu). However, this admiration incites jealousy from another assassin, Wang Chang (played by Eric Cheng). One day, Gao Shou unexpectedly encounters rookie female assassin Ru Feng (played by Josie Ho) while on a mission, and under her coercion, he helps her escape from the scene. This encounter leaves an indelible mark on both their hearts.
