Gemma (played by Gemma Arterton) and her husband Charlie (played by Jason Flemyng) have been married for many years, living in a quaint and unpretentious small town where life flows quietly by. Charlie is a very reserved carpenter, while Gemma is a painter. Although Charlie cares for Gemma and looks after her deeply, she always yearns for a passion as fierce as a storm.
