In the blink of an eye, Jeong-soo (played by Jung Kwang-ryeol) and Young-hee (played by Lee Mi-sook) have been married for ten years. During these ten years, although every day repeats the tranquility and harmony of yesterday, Jeong-soo and Young-hee deeply love each other, and both feel very happy. However, one day, misfortune strikes this family; Jeong-soo loses his job, and worse, he takes on enormous debts in place of a friend that he cannot possibly repay. In order to protect his wife and child, Jeong-soo makes a desperate choice. On the other hand, a series of bad news completely shatters Young-hee's hopes for the future. She almost loses everything, but the one thing that remains unchanged is her love for her husband. By coincidence, Young-hee reunites with her former suitor, Han Ji-hun (played by Jo Myung-kyu), who has now become a somewhat successful entrepreneur. Han Ji-hun's appearance gives Young-hee a glimmer of hope, but to protect her family, the first thing she must do is betray her marriage.
