"Noah's Ark" is adapted from a biblical story, with the screenplay and the comic book created by Darren Aronofsky himself. It is a hopeless world, lacking rain and food, ruled by warlords and savage nomadic tribes. Noah is a good person in this cruel world, a seasoned warrior, mage, and healer who just wants to live a peaceful life with his family. However, every night he is tormented by a nightmare in which the entire world is engulfed by a great flood. Over time, he realizes that this is the Creator's signal to him; God intends to punish humanity by wiping them out... but He gives Noah a chance to save the species on Earth.
