An independent film from the United States that tells the story of Dante (played by Brian O'Halloran), a clerk at a convenience store, on a frustrating and chaotic day. After a night of terrible sleep, Dante is called in to work early by his boss. This is just the beginning of an unfortunate day, as more troubles follow, including opening the store, dealing with annoying anti-smoking activists hindering business, and trying to navigate a conversation about sex life with his girlfriend Veronica (played by Marilyn Ghigliotti). This leads to an unpleasant ending, as the number of her past sexual partners leaves Dante astounded. More troubles arise when an unexpected visit from his ex-girlfriend gives Dante a momentary boost of hope. It seems like fortune might finally smile on him. However, an incident in the bathroom ultimately destroys this potentially happy moment.
