The story takes place in the ancient Shang Dynasty, where the nine-tailed fox Su Daji (played by Hong Qian) manipulates King Zhou as a puppet, disturbing the political affairs. King Wen of Zhou and other righteous heroes decide to follow the mandate of heaven, bravely leading the generals to rebel.
